We strive to ensure that all our Products meet the highest quality standards. Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

                  •               Product is Faulty or Defective: If the Product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

                  •               Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a different Product than what you ordered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for the following:

                  •               Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

                  •               Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

                  •               Products delivered in accordance with your order specifications but that you have simply changed your mind about.

4. Returning the Product

4.1 Return Authorization

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us before returning the Product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4.2 Shipping the Product

                  •               Condition: The Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

                  •               Packaging: Ensure the Product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

                  •               Shipping Address: We will provide you with the return address upon approval of your refund request.

5. Refund Approval Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

                  •               The Product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

                  •               The Product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

                  •               Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

                  •               The Product is verified to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

                  •               Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the purchase.

                  •               Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel.

Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

                  •               Faulty or Defective Products: MV Nutrition will cover the return shipping costs.

                  •               Incorrect Products Delivered: MV Nutrition will cover the return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for the correct Product.

                  •               Other Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning Products that do not meet the above conditions.

8. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Product, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired Product.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:

                  1.             Check Your Bank Account: It may take some time for the refund to be processed.

                  2.             Contact Your Credit Card Company: There may be a processing delay.
